weliomar A linha 88 e 90 do arquivo finishbuy.class.php é referente ao lvl máximo premitido no item.
Verifica as configurações do shop no arquivo settings.php - destaque em vermelho abaixo

obrigado Christian Lima ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) consegui resolver, o problema era que minha settings.php estava faltando arquivo.
