Configure EventItemBags Second Part

I have seen that several users have problems when configuring the EventItemBags.
Well here is the second part with Problem and solutions.

Questions
1) Why do not the items with socket fall if you configure it well? In this case, I will use the Sword Knight Blade ?.

1) It does
not fall with socket because you did not add the items to the blog SocketItemType.txt since that blog
it is only configured with the Season4 items "Titan-Brave-Phantom-Hades-Royal, etc".

It is because they configured it 2 times the same item, that means that it will do the same process 2 times with different results, just configure it and once.
