Hello, I have a little problem. My server is "Online", but in website is Offline!?

Awe galera instalei a web porem não consigo acessar o link sempre aparece uma pagina em branco alguém pode me ajudar por favor.

nunca usei xampp, e sou bastante leigo no assunto de web.

mesma coisa, reinstalei tudo, deletei o xampp, reiniciei o pc,

mesmo erro..

ao comprar no shop os itens vem tudo normal mas esta apresentando este erro:
